WAGOI lets you remove your account and all associated data at any time — directly from this page. No login required.
Request account deletion
Enter the email address linked to your WAGOI account. We'll send a confirmation link — click it within 24 hours and your account is permanently removed.
How it works
- Submit the form above. We email a confirmation link to the address you entered. If it isn't linked to a WAGOI account, no email is sent — and we don't reveal whether the address exists.
- Click the link within 24 hours. The link can only be used once. After 24 hours it expires and you'll need to submit the form again.
- Permanent deletion within 7 days. Your account, vehicles, trips, charging history, photos and wallet balance are erased from our systems.
What gets deleted
- Profile data — name, email, photo, language, country.
- Connected vehicles, VINs, manufacturer tokens.
- Trips, charging sessions, locations, telemetry history.
- Token wallet balance, achievements, streaks.
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers.
What we keep, and for how long
Retained up to 12 months — anonymised
- Subscription and payment records (legal accounting obligation under Maltese and EU law).
- A one-way hash of your email so the same address can't immediately re-signup to farm welcome bonuses.
Retained indefinitely — fully anonymous
- Aggregated, non-identifying product analytics that can't be traced back to you.
